Personal Statement

"Being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of three meant that my early life was shaped by the dedicated care of nurses and doctors. Their compassion and expertise inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare. While my journey didn’t begin in obstetrics, this field soon became my passion. Now, as a mother to a premature baby, I feel an even deeper connection to the work I do. This experience has empowered me to advocate more effectively for mothers and their babies, bringing both professional and personal insight to the care I provide."
